writes: i am 14 and i have small boobs (38A). i am about 5'6'' and i weigh almost 200 lbs. people always make fun of my weight. and my friends talk about how my boobs are smaller than theirs. most of my friends are C's and DD's. i was wondering how i can make my boobs bigger and the rest of my body smaller.?PLEASE HELP ME?

Unfortunatly I can't help you with your bust problem, although, now that i've lost wieght (9 pounds) my bust has gone from 40E to a 38DD but I cut out all the crap from my diet like crisps and what not, but im not saying dont eat or not treat yourself caus ethat would be stupid and I had a takeaway on my first week of dieting so id be lying if i said don't treat ureself. I walked to, even if it was just 2 times a week when i walked home from school (around an hour and a half) also dont force yourself to eat lots of fruits and veggis just cause people tell you to. Cause the only fruit i like are apples and im not a big veggie eater. I was teased alot in primary to the point i was super depressed and hated myself. And then i kept eating aout of self pity :) i hope to be around 14 stone by sept 25th so i can take one step forward to confessing to the guy i like, get motivated :D when I finally got motivated I lost 5 pounds 1/2 in the first week and 4 pounds in the secondand I was looking a lot healthier to =D I looking forward to being wieghed this week because ive learnt to tell myself 'im going to lose weight this week' and I'm one of the laziest people I know :) Don't worry about your bust they'll get bigger eventually trust me :) i used to be a size A and was put down by alot of people - even my own family !! from - A freind who hates being overwieght =D

I am 200lbs too and this is obese. I have been making an effort to reduce my weight and am now 20lbs lighter. I think it is very important for you to exercise and eat healthily. I cant imagine you feel comfortable at the moment, I dont, but it is the only way to get the results you want. There are no quick fixes but when you get to a healthier size your breasts will appear larger because your body is smaller.

Yes they are small but they don't look too small, if you see what I mean, as they are the right size for my frame. I used to wish they were bigger, but now I am a bit older (30), I realise that they suit me and that's who I am.
I think what you need to worry about is, as many of the aunts here have said, is not making your breasts bigger but losing some weight in general. A 38 inch chest and 200lb is a bit on the big side for your age I think. When you lose some weight your natural body shape will emerge and you will realise that there is nothing wrong with an A cup. You can always wear a padded bra if necessary. Big boobs are not the be all and end all.
If you want to promote your body confidence and do something positive then I think you need to get into the habit of eating healthily and sensibly and, most importantly, get plenty of exercise. This can be anything- dancing, swimming, ball games, skipping, whatever you want. But you basically need to get your heart pumping and burn off calories. You will soon lose some weight and tone up. This is a good look which boys like, think about the gorgeous sports players like the ladies' tennis players. They are athletic and sporty and look great. Plus, doing some exercise will probably make you feel better too and give you more energy.
Lots of people have given good advice here; basically, you need to make your body smaller, not your chest bigger. And you can start right away. If you don't like your friends making fun of your weight then do something about it, and show them how wrong they are. Good luck!

To make your body smaller:
Eat a healthy BALANCED diet. This does not mean living off fruit and veg. This means EVERYTHING in MODERATION. No fad diets - they don't work. Try joining a group like Slimming World - one of my mates lost loads of weight with them. Some ideas would be:
*Breakfast - Cereal (ideally not a chocolate one) something like Special K red berries with semi skimmed milk.
*Lunch - Tuna and sweetcorn baguette or cheese and tomato toastie would be good for you =]
*Tea - Spaghetti bolognese with fresh tomato sauce, lean/vegetarian mince and a little grated cheese on top, or a roast dinner with roast chicken, brocolli, carrot, peas, marrow in white sauce, yorkshire pudding, buttery mash potato and gravy =]
*A nice desert for any meal would be some tinned peaches and a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream.
*Pieces of fruit or a handful of nuts would make a really good snack.
*Redbush tea is better for you than normal tea as it has no caffeine in it. Replace coke etc with fruit juice/squash. If you like your fizzy drinks, try sparkling fruit juice =]
*Reduce portion size. Look at healthy girls (and that doesn't mean size zero - it means a healthy size 4/6/8 in American sizing) and how big their meals are. Try and eat the same amount as them.
Get plenty of exercise - Aerobic (cardio based exercise - running etc) and Anaerobic (stretches etc.) Try dancing, running, kickboxing, karate, trampolining, swimming, badminton - any of these will be good for you =] An hour of exercise each day will work wonders. And instead of taking the car/bus on short distance journeys, try walking or cycling.
As for your chest, you have several options:
Losing weight from the rest of your body may make your boobs look bigger in comparison, but if your boobs shrink, you can:
*Wear a push-up/gel bra
*Go on the pil and you may well go from an A to a B cup (I know I went up a size when I went on the pill.) Plus you'll get the other benefits it can bring - contraception, regulated periods, clear complexion.
*Consider cosmetic surgery when you're older (18+)
However, you probably are still growing. A lot of your weight could be puppy fat, and once you lose it and you develop a bit more, you might find yourself in a B or C cup.

I agree with the healthy diet,excersie etc. You can always use padded bras,push up bras- that's what those are made for. And if that's not enough well there's always tissue to stuff your bra.

A good diet, health food, regular excersise, good sleeping gambits, and a healthy emotional attitude. No brown pop! Like all the others have said. I agree with that. You are really lucky tho that you are young. But a way to make them appear bigger and more plump (No not a push up bra) But a workout method that works for me. I just had a child so I have to do something about my breast. :)(Please note this is what I do and it helps me alot. I started with Bs now I am at Cs)First every time you go to the restroom, for whatever business. Do a standing push up. I'm sure that you know the right measurements just in cause arms with shoulders. Now choose a number to start off with. -5,10,15,20- which ever. Do that each time. Trust might seem stupid but it's really worth it.Now another thing I use is weights. 5lbs ons. Or if you do not have any (2)2 liter bottles. Fill them up with water. Use those as weights. (works like weights truly)Now as weird as it already seems. Lay down on your back on a flat surface. While laying down spread your arms on either side of you like your about to make a snow angel. Make sure that your wrists(arms do not touch the ground which makes some tense pressure on your arms(which also helps with building muscles) Have your weights in each hand and bring them straight up together to meet above your chestOnce again choose the same number you do for your push ups(5,10,20,30,etc) and do it that many times. Make sure you each time you bring your arms down that they DO NOT touch the floor hold it above the floor at five inches hold there for 5 secs. Then do it again.What this does is builds muscles in your chest. Which helps the breast grow and show perkiness. See with something for your breast to work off of it will help to grow. Do this for as long as you can while working out or even after. It will help.Please remember you will not see an over night reaction. Everything that is beautiful takes time. But it is well worth it.I hope this helps. :)

Well you can make you body smaller by following a balanced diet and getting plenty of fresh air and excercise. That should lead to your boobs looking bigger (don't remember who it was that said "Nothing makes breasts look bigger than a small waist"). Anyway, at your age the boobs still have a scope to grow. Getting your weight down in a wholesome healthy way will be the most important thing.

When my daughter was your age! she came to me and was upset because all the girls in her school had large boobs! and she wanted them too. so i will tell you the same thing i told her you are still young and you are not done growing! and for those other girls who are big now i feel bad for them because they aint done growing either! and they are not going to look good w/ overly large boobs! when you have large boobs you start having back problems!!!!! and also honey, your mind needs to mature w/ your body. meaning don't wish for something you don't understand yet until you are older.

just eat right. you can change your self. if you want to change your self u need to run run run and eat healthy food only veggies and not soda no chips and stuff like that. no dressing for salad .. lets change your lifestyle and be someone new
