You can't, she only wants to be friends. You've been friend zoned. That's that. You should have made your move a lot sooner and now it's too late. She values your friendship too much to lose it.

Because you would lose her as a friend if you "tried it out" so for her it's not worth it. You might think it's worth the risk, she doesn't so nothing is going to happen. After two years she doesn't see you that way, which basically means she never will.

You can't get her to do anything, she told you it's never going to happen because "too good friends" means she's not interested in you romantically. End of story.
