Does anyone know how I can lose it quickly and healthily? I am already keeping my calorie intake to 1200 per day and doing exercises but the weight wont go. Does anyone have any tips that might help?

The best way to lose weight is to go jogging or running. Start slowly... your first jog might only last ten minutes. Try and jog every other day, each time increasing the time by a couple of minutes if you can, or at least keeping to the same time.
Make your breakfast the biggest meal of the day and your supper should be the smallest meal. Instead of eating sweets after a meal, eat your favourite fruit.
By doing this and avoiding crisps and sweets, the weight will come off. But be clever and stay healthy - Do not starve yourself! Weight is not everything you know :)

Increase your exercise, do more cardio-vascular workouts and speak to your doctor about diet tips.
