writes: How do I lose weight from my breasts? I am a 21yr old female, with a slim build, very slim waist and arms, and curvy hips. When I lose weight, I lose it everywhere but my breasts... they are DD's and I feel like I'm disproportionate. I have gone on and off the pill a lot... don't know if that has anything to do with it. I don't really need to lose weight in any other area but my breasts and maybe thighs a little bit, are there any specific exercises for this? Thanks for any responses.

You may be a candidate for a procedure that is somewhat safer than the traditional invasive breast reduction surgery. I'm not saying that you need it, and I am not saying that you're unattractive... but if you REALLY hate them, there is a procedure to reduce the breasts that is done with liposuction. The only drawbacks are that not everyone is a candidate, because it removes fat tissue from the breasts, and whether you are a candidate depends on how much fat tissue you have... and all surgery carries risks. I would check with the the AMA (American Medical Association) for information about how to pick out a plastic surgeon. But, you look fine, I'm sure. Everyone is self-conscious about some feature that they have.

I have exactly the same problem-i am average size in all other areas but my breasts are huge at a DD. i feel it makes me look much fatter than i actually am, as they stick out so bad. i really hate them and unless u have them this big u wont understand what we mean when we say we're unhappy with them.id love to get mine reduced but am worried about regretting it and dont want to pay so much to do so. also worried about scarring. the pill is known to enlarge them-ive just moved on to Yasmin and n fact is helpin me lose a bit of weight-but yet from my breasts. i suggest u try it tho. x

However, they will lift your breast tissue and probably make your breasts look even larger. This is good, you have a wonderfull looking body and should celebrate the compliments you recieve.
If you experience back pains because your breasts are too big for your frame size then visit the doctors for futher advice.

I think one answer, if they are causing you problems you could go to see the doctor and he/she may suggest a reduction. But I don't know any way of reducing them yourself :( !!

If they really are a pain then have a word with your doctor and he may advice you on reduction but right now i would hold onto what you got. You lucky sod.
take care

Your description suggests an image of the 'perfect' figure.
I don't personally know of anything that reduces breast mass alone so why not enjoy who you are and thank God that you look so sexy! I am sure any future partner will think all his birthdays have come at once when you become intimate!

Excercising probably will not help your breasts get smaller. You are just genitically big chested. If you are that concered about them you will most likely have to pay money to get them reduced.
