I have really grown fond of a lady friend of mine, and would love to ask her out on a date; but her roommate (a good friend of her's and a friend of mine) has provided an unwanted situation. At a party one night, myself and the roommate ended up geting a little drunk and spending the night together. Well, she has told me since then that she likes me, and we have spent a couple more night together (no sex); but I don't like her any more then a friend. So my question here is, how should I go about letting the roommate down easy, but still have a respectable chance with the lady friend I like?
