How do I let her know I'm interested in being more than just friends?

A male United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'm a bit of a nervous guy and when it comes to talking to new girls I never know what to say.

I thought I would ask for help since I was out at a party last night and despite knowing a girl was interested in me and I was interested in her I just didn't know how to approach her. Eventually I just smiled and she came over to me but even when we were together we were chatting a lot but I wanted to flirt a bit and make it known to her I was interested in being more than just friends.

I'm useless when it comes to this part though. I'm just not a flirtatious person and don't really know how to start flirting. What kind of things do I say and how do I go about it in general?

I wouldn't be expecting to get her into bed or anything on the night obviously but just get her number or maybe a date out of it. I get too nervous about making my feelings known though, especially when there are a lot of people around like there was last night which were mainly her friends.

Anyway the main question is could you give me some flirting tips and tips on how to hold good conversations. Also how to seem attractive to women beyond the surface like personality wise?

Thanks in advance and I will reply to your comments :)

Walk up to her and ask her if she would like to go out to eat and go to the movies . Then after u do that tell her that u have something to ask her . Then tell her how u feel about her and ask her if she would like to be more then friends . I hope that this will help
