Sounds like your bf isnt very grown up even if he is an adult! He's obviously watched too many porn movies. Do and say what feels right. Don't think you have to make a show for him.

If you really do want to, tell him to leave it with you and surprise him sometime. You could start on your own, moving your lips with making a sound, then sometime a whisper, for example. Anyway, like another poster said, if he's a good guy he should be patient and let you come around in your own time.

If he is patient and waits for you, then you know he is a good guy.
