 Many women will get wet much the same as men will get erections, just from thinking about sex or being excited from making out, and especially during foreplay (such as your feeling her up). How wet she gets will vary, but it's generally a bit wetter than the inside of your lips. It can soak through some underwear, but will VERY RARELY make it through even very thin pants. You might be able to smell it (uncommonly, very faintly), but mostly you won't know until her pants are off.
Your best bet is usually to look for other cues that she's excited about you (biting her lip, or flirting unusually much with you, or heck just when she jumps on top of you) and not worry so much about if she's wet as worrying about if she's interested. If she wants you to be sexual with her, foreplay can cure dryness. If she's not ready to be sexual, all the wetness in the world won't make it ok.

You can't feel it through her pants but possibly her underwear sometimes. If you think she wants to go farther then hike up her shirt a little bit and if she doesn't stop you then go slowly from there. I've done this and there's nothing to be afraid of, i promise! If you don't want to just come out of no where with hiking up her shirt, then actually ask her about it before hand, there's nothing wrong with it. I hope this helpss, good luck(:

You wont be able to feel it through he pants, maybe her underwear if shes really excited. If you physically touch her vagina after you have been fooling around for a bit you will feel some wetness. Some girls do get wet from just making out, just depends on the girl realoly as i know i do especally when its a really nice long n deep kiss. Hope this has helped you out n good luck :)
