It really depends. I am fifteen as well.
I truly believe you can be love at this age
so if anybody tells you, 'your too young'
please screen them out as I have done so!
The way I can tell if I am love, (and I have only been once) is it feels different then all of your other little
pety relationships. It feels serious, and most
of the time, your really happy. Sure, there will
be arguements, but I think love is never jealous.
Theres a difference is, wanting to know where he/she
is because you care about them, and want to make sure they are safe, or just cause you just want to make sure he/she
are not cheating behind your back.

I don't think anybody can tell you, 'yes you definatley love this girl' because we don't know every aspect of your relationship and what went on and etc, but if your heart is telling you, you love her, then you most likely do.
Another piece of advice, if she choose smoking and drinking over you, it sounds like she may have not felt the same way.. If your plans are trying to get back together with her, I suggest you tell her just ONCE how you feel, if she screens you out, you may just want to leave it alone and see where the future takes you.
Just takes this experience and learn from it, as badly as it may hurt.. time will heal it.
