It is all about control.
For a male cumming is a state of mind. If your constantly thinking about cumming while having sex then it will decrease your time before you "blow your load".
The average male takes less than three minutes from the time of insertion till he ejaculates.
While your having sex trying focusing on pleasing her first. Getting her to cum a few times before you do. Focus on hitting her g-spot and making her moan or just relaxing your mind and enjoying the sex.

Like anything in life you do have to use your brain for control. However remember that sex for both people is there to be enjoyed and savoured. If you want to last longer, think of your love making as a Seven course Banquet, rather than a snack grabbed whilst on the go.
It's not about the destination but what happens on the journey that counts.
Have fun.
