What worked for me was boxing lessons as they toughened me up a bit

Lifting things, digging holes, a lot of yard work. Keep at it till your muscles burn and in a month you'll be surprised at how much stronger you've become. Its not about your size or just the muscle strength in your arms but in your whole body.

reader, anonymous, writes (26 October 2009): sup mate im 17 nd i dont got big biceps,, nd my mates are even worse. They call it "basketball arms", long and lanky with no muscle. It perfectly normal, and depending how large ur arms are can affect how they define. If u are just a twig, start working out! u aint the only one, in fact the majority of kids i have seen hav almost no biceps!
