Ive taken a bit of a liking to her, even tho ive only seen her a few times, and dont get to talk atall cos i work in the workshop and her if the office. Only problem is, theres alot of guys that work there (basicly everone, apart from about 6 or 7) and they range from 18-25+ and im 16, how can i make myself stand out(if shes single, not sure, havent spoken to her) so she will want to talk to me etc etc, theres a christmas party in dec and it would be good if i could have gotten her number and be chatting by then, because then something could happen at the party, only problem is i rarely see her, because im not down the office area. She walked past me today and smiled at me so she knows i exist, whats the next step? shall i try and bump into her on a break and get chatting? or what?

Just relax, if you like her it is worth it and she should be flatterd.

Don't try to impress. Everybody else can waste their time doing that. You just concentrate on being yourself, act natural, casual and friendly. There is nothing wrong with talking to her, but don't make it seem like you are trying it on. Let your natural charm win her over, girls prefer natural confidence, not a cocky pretensive act. Just be yourself, then you will stand out.

Best of Luck Hun, xoxo
