However for the past month she's been smoking cannabis frequently. When she does this she becomes violent in her text msgs, and asks for personal things and she says personal things too. I do not know what to do. Even if I change my number she will still contact me through our circle of friends. Do I go to the police? I know I'm still in love with her. She knows this as I asked for us to work on things. She declined. And ever since she's becoming a right b*tch. Advice would be good. I know whatever I say she will just want to have a fight. Help please.

If a child is taking a tantrum, you ignore them.
Put her on ignore. In time she'll either stop smoking pot or she'll become self destructive. Her choice.
Your choice is to feed the beast or starve the beast.
If friends tell you about her, change the topic. Make it go away in your mind and in your words. "The name we do not mention" basically.
