 I agree with the responses: communication. The thing is every guy gets off differently. One stroke wont hit a guy the same as the next.
My suggestion (and this is working with my current girlfriend) is to make him give you audio clues as to how you are doing. Ask of him before the next time you give him a blowjob to say what is hitting his top key. Tell him to moan "yes, right there, like that, keep that up" etc.... believe me, he'll do it unless he's a quiet guy during love making.
