bluecow agony auntahhh well as you both attend the same school this is alot simpler.

Find some mutual friends... invite them all along for bowling/ice skating/darts/synchronised knitting (e.g invite them all to do some sort of activity that everyone has to get involved in). That way your girl will be there, but will be comfortable with her friends. This means you can get to say Hi, without it being too pressurised.

The next time you chat online then, you can ask her if she fancies meeting you for a hot chocolate and a bag of chips (fries?) in the park.

RAINORFIRE agony auntI agree with blucow. Ask her to hang out with you not as a date because that will put unnecessary pressure on the first time meeting.

invite her to the movies or a park i used to like going down the strip and checking out all the unique stores not as a date just as something i like to do with some one else. Comic book stores are a nice place if shes into comics and some girls do. Find out what she likes.

bluecow agony auntI wouldnt be asking her for a date yet.

Does she attend your school or social club?

Its just that online friendships often dont go as well in real life until you really get to know that person.

So..

Why dont you invite her to meet you christmas shopping? Then treat her to a big hot choccy and cream. Perfect first meeting and a way to begin getting to know the real her (rather than her online persona).

Because of your age (I'm not trying to patronise here), please please be aware of grooming via the internet. IF you are going to meet, ensure others know where you are going, you have your mobile and that you meet in a public place that is familiar to you. Of course if you do know this girl via school then the above is largely irrelevent.
