 a girl like me would really like it if a guy was just himself and would talk to us and respect us. we may not seem like we want a nice conversation but we do. i would suggest starting off by saying hello and something like you look radiant today or that dress looks beautiful on you. that always works for a girl like me.

Go up to her and say hello, and start there. You just have to start talking to her. I've had to do it before, so I know it makes people nervous. But it's better than doing nothing and never knowing whether she would have liked you or not. Just say hi, and maybe ask her about something you both have in common.
