I texted him a couple of hours ago and he never replied The main question is how can I get him to open up to me? talk to me because I would eventually like a relationship. what can i do?

 well, what's his interests/hobby? Start frm here. Any foods he likes Best? Italian, indian or chinese? bring him out there.
Use eye contact whenever talk to him. SMILE always! Dress nicely,sexy. Talk more abt his intersts. Listen and praise him. Be proactive to ask questions instead wait him to do so.During valentine/coming christmas/B'day, buy him a special gift according to his interests.
