writes: i have split up with my ex now seriously twice! every night he made me cry...!! last time we split he left me for some silly reason and i had enough!! so i didnt go crawling back like i always did!!! he phoned me texted me emailed and kept showin up with abuse. this time its just as bad. i am so depressed i been gettin one illness after the other, i am so fed up but i dnt wanna go back..how do i get him out my life and my life back? i do ignor him i changed me number way to many times i so fed up!!! he calls me every name under the sun and now is draggin my mum into who has serious back problems now!! and is in hospital on my birthday!!thanks

well i think that all you can really do is try and stay away from him.
But if that doesnt help then maybe you should report him as harrassing you and get an injuction put out on him.
now i dont know how old you are but i am with you on this you do need your life back so try staying away and just focus on your mother and then if he keeps harrassing you report it and the police should do something about it.
