How do I get these cars registered out of my name?

wen i was with my boyfriend we bought 2 cars which both are in my name because he was teaching me to drive and i didn want the first car so he got me another one.. we have recently ended our relationship and he keeps ignorin my calls and texts.. how do i get these cars out of my name without log book or reg plate number??is there anywhere i can contact if i give them my details and they have it on file??
