 Well you got the courage to get his number from his friend so thats a start! I think you should try and speak to him the next time you see him when your friend is not around (so she wont embarrass you!) and try and get him alone too.Boys tend to try and be all macho and look cool when they are with their friends so definately only talk to him when he is alone. If he has been texting you back then thats a clear sign he likes you, he is probably too shy to talk to you too!Just remember you have nothing to lose by talking to him and while it will be akward at first, just be yourself and hopefully things will go well! Keep the conversation short and sweet, if you cant think of what to say then maybe talk to him on a friday so you can ask him what his plans are for the weekend etc. Try and sound interested in him and what he likes and hopefully he will reciprocate.Good luck!
