writes:okay so to all of you who answered my previous post: I don’t mean to sound naive, but could he be lying?” i never said this but later on that night when i read the convo, i sent him a msg on msn saying: hey, i just saw the convo with u and my friend and i just wanted to say that u did not give me the wrong impression, i don’t mean to sound rude, i had fun but i danced with other guys and you weren’t the one who made my night.” i obviously didn’t mean that, he did make my night but i didn’t want to look desperate so i felt really bad and i finally spoke to him today at school right before class at the end of the day. so i went up to him and said: “hey, can i talk to you for a minute?” then he said: “sure” so i said: okay, i don’t mean to sound annoying but about that msg i sent you on msn about prom, i didn’t mean to say it like that.” then he said smiling: it’s okay, it’s okay, who cares. then i said: no, i only said that because i didn’t want to look desperate. but i didn’t mean it.” then he said: it’s okay. then i said(blushing): i know this might not matter to you,(then i put my hands to my face and said “omg”) then he smiled and said: “this must be hard for you to say” then i laughed and said: i’m gonna be honest with you, but you were the one that made my night” then he was smiling for the whole time then i said: i know you don’t like me like that but i just wanted to be honest so yea…then he kept smiling then he said: ok well thanx…have a nice day, then i said: okay, thanx you too. so i guess i have to get over him for real this time:(, how do i get over him?

softlipz is verified as being by the original poster of the questionokay my previous post was about my crush dancing with me at prom. at prom, for the whole night, he kept staring at me, even when i was dancing with a guy, he would stare at me. then when i was by myself, he came where i was, then he kept coming closer and closer to me because i saw him at the corner of my eye. then all of a sudden, he just grabbed me and started dancing. while we dancing; he took my hand and folded his into mine, he kept rubbing my arms then when we slow danced, he kept rubbing my back up and down and he slightly rubbed my butt. then that's when he told my friend he didn't want to give me the wrong intentions. i understood that but i kinda got the idea that he liked me too since i was the only girl he danced with for the night and i honestly felt like the whole "hand folding" thing was personal but maybe i'm just taking it the wrong way.
