Your friend may be frustrated but she wouldnt want to push you into xsomething you wouldnt want to do.
just explain how you feel and be truthful, if shes a good friend she'll be okay with it

If your friend is really a friend, if you tell them the truth, it should all they need to hear.
Give your reasons, tell the truth. If they resent you, then they're not a good friend. I wouldnt make my friends do anything they dont want to.
Liying will only make things worse.
