Why on Earth should you even NEED their permission to do ANYTHING? I understand WANTING it... but needing it?
Grow up and start acting like an adult.

Sneak out? Say you are going to a friend's place instead? Or tell your boyfriend he obviously needs to marry you before you are allowed to stay over.

Show your Parents your level of maturity and responsibility by your actions. Show them that you are capable of making good , safe , thinking ahead kind of decisions. Don't expect your parents to be happy when you make decisions that may lead to you being hurt.

Respect your parents' wishes and don't allow boyfriend an opportunity to knock you up with another kid they'll end up being stuck having to raise.
If you need your parents' permission to shack up for the night, then you're not ready to cope with an unwanted pregnancy you probably aren't using birth control to avoid.
Get your own place and you can sleep with whomever you want whenever you want wherever you want.
