Like i wish he gave me foot massages and brought me flowers out the blue and things like that, but my thing is i don't want to have to mention to him and then he does it cause then i will feel pushy and needy, but i almost feel like he should know but i know that sounds stupid, my Question is how do i get it across to him that i would like him to be more Romantic and do things that make me feel Loved, special and wanted??

he's not a mind reader. I love a foot massage and my deal with my bf is that if i wear high heels to go out with him he has to give me a foot massage.
you need to tell him there are the things you want.
if he does it fine
if he does not, do not nag about it
and you have to accept that he may not be a romantic man and you may never get what you want from him in terms of these behaviors.

Some men need to be whapped around the head with a bouquet of roses to get the message.
Your guy is not going to get the message unless you send it, how you do this is up to you, but you could try leaving him a note, or bringing HIM a bunch of flowers and telling him how much you love him, at the same time tell him you want to know how to inject more spontaneous romance into the relationship, it might take a few years of reinforcing the message but just persevere.
