Method 1:
Sitting on a couch together put your legs on top of his thighs and give a sexy look, then look away.
Method 2:
Sit on his lap.
Method 3:
You could say in a serious flat voice, adding in a little sexiness towards the end.
Mark, I need to be touched right now. Please touch me.
IF he's like Wuh? Why?
Quickly and kindly say: nevermind and pause.
Allow him to think this over.
It may even take a couple days, but I think he'll start touching you.
The important issue here is not to pressure him to touch you but to make him WANT to touch you. So anything you can do to increase WANT is GOOD. Anything with PRESSURE such as WHINING or COMPLAINING is BAD as it's a turn off!
