writes: How do I get my best friend back?Ok i definately need help. So my best friends are guys. But one of them is like my other half lately. My family loves him and he is like the perfect guy. I liked him a long time ago but i decided to forget about those feelings. Things have been great. Bu my friends and some family kept swearing me and him belonged together and I kept ignoring them. But on my 18th birthday two weeks ago we kissed. it was wierd because neither of us drank we were being the responsible ones. We dropped everyone off at home nnd decided we didnt wannt to go home so we went to this view. It was cold and we were leaning against eachother wich is normal for us but then he had me in front of him and we were joking around and before i know it are making out on the hood of the car. It lasted a while and it felt right. but after we kinda got in the car in silence and went to my house and sat there in silence. we both apologized that night but things were fine. and we went back to talking everyday and texting at night before we would fall asleep. but like a week later i was in a bad mood and went to his house and we were talking but ended up doing more than just kissing, i feel like its my fault but he felt bad. since then i cant get through to him. I really just want my best friend back, If he wants to try out being more than friends i would be ok with but i need him to stop avoiding me and be my best friend again i dont care who he like. What do i do? I need my best friend i feel horrible without him in my life.

He's likely avoiding you because of all the mixed signals.
Here's the breakdown: He likes you and wants more. If you're ok with that, tell him. Don't apologize for anything, i don't think you've done anything wrong. It seems like you two have enough to build a real relationship here.
Why is it a bad thing that something more happened? Why does someone have to be at "fault?" Some things in life worth having don't come easy. Chase his ass down and don't let him avoid you (but don't be a stalker either :) ).
