I tried to talk to him and tell him it wont happen again but he dont believe me. I want him back, and for things to be like they use to be when we first met. How do I get him to remember why he fell in love with me, and that we belong together?

Think about how you first met what do you think were the qualities that he was attracted to when you first met?. Now ask your self honestly if you still hold those qualities and if they were the same qualities at the end of the relationship. Relationships chnage and so do people. You have to bring back that attraction and if you are succesful he will remember by himself how he fell in love with you. You need to give him time though as the argument may still be fresh in his mind.
