I used to have past issues in my head, and get very upset at some of the memories. Just give her lots of hugs, cuddles, love and attention and she will open up to you in time. BUT when she does please dont be judgemental. Give her confidence and support. Constructive help rather than destructive.
take care

she will when she's comfortable in doing so, until then just be there to comfort her when she is sad.
