Umm... Since this is rather important for you, though I'm sure it really doesn't, I would say, that the only other way is if you're jerking off and get someone else to measure it for you, or apply a ruler to a wall horizontally, and then jerk off against the ruler and see if it measures up to the 'national' standard. 8]
