Hi- You may wonder how people who work out end up with lean muscle mass, taut skin and no fat. Exercising muscle draws fat into the muscle for energy and the fat gradually disappears. Skin shrinks to cover the muscle.Stomach: Farmer Burns Exercise. This exercise will flatten the stomach, replacing falbby fat with muscle and taut skin. This exercise may be done anywhere anytime, sitting or standing. First draw some air deeply into your lungs and exhale slowly a few times. For for the exercise, exhale completely (important), stand erect and then clench the stomach muscles as tightly as possible for about 5 seconds. If you hold the clench too long you will get lightheaded. Don't do this - instead use more reps. Repeat the exercise about 10 times for one set. This may be done anytime, such as waiting in line, walking down the street, sitting quietly in church, lying in bed, etc etc etc,Neck: Repeat the above using the neck muscles. Feel with your hand to find the muscles under the area to be improved. Learn to clench these muscles.

I am very much like you weighing around 102 and still had the trouble with the flat stomach. I did have to spend time in physical therapy for my back several months ago, but a lot of the exercises I did were yoga based and it really helped to flatten my stomach. I now have really good abs..but it did take about a month or so to become visible...If there is a local yoga class you could join I would recommend it, or get some light weights and a yoga ball and maybe even a video...my personal favorite video is Yoga Booty Ballet :D but you might find something else. Good luck though and staying persistent is the key.

If this is the case you can use toning products with pads (like Cleo or similar) to target specific facial and neck muscles or there are simple exercises (check the internet) to tone this area. Eva Fraser has a facial exercise book. Other than that you should review your diet and take plenty of general exercise and this should help - remember lots of gyms and stuff do great New Year deals! Good luck.

The main things that will help are generally diet and excersise. Eat heathily and maybe go to the gym and do plenty of cardio, some light weight lifting excersises and plenty of sit ups to focus on the abdominal area. For diet consume plenty of carbourhydrate foods during the day for your body fuel, and for you evening meal stick to something more protein based, as going to bed on a high carb dinner is a no no if you are trying to lose weight. I do a fair bit of bodybuilding and i take protein shakes, one in the morning, one before excersise, and one after excersise. Protein combined with training is a brilliant way to tone up and get abit leaner. Keep this up and you will notice that the weight will start to come away from you chin area also. But you might want to try some chin excersises too. Tilt your head back so you are looking up at the ceiling, the with your bottom lip try to take as far over you top lip as you can, as if you are trying to touch your nose with it. Do this say 50 times, then rest, then 50 again, rest, then 50 again, and you can really feel your chin stretching. I used to have abit of a double chin too, but i have been doing this excersise for ages now and you can actually see i now have a good jawline. I recommend performing this excerise alone, maybe in the shower of something, becuase you look abit silly doing it in front of people.
I hope i have helped you, mail me if you need any further tips and i will try to help you.
Merry Christmas x

you cant really target a specific area to lose weight from. i know it sucks - im exactly the same as you, its the chin and the belly thats killing me! although i tend to find i put on weight on my stomach first and if i drink too much coke i get really bloated so stay away from really gassy things like that.
have a quick search on youtube.com for crunches. they work really well and nothing will firm your stomach up quicker. as for the chin there isnt much you can do but hold your head up and kind of stick your neck out a bit. obviously dont walk around looking like a turkey but just a little to tighten the skin. practice in front of the mirror and you'll get it right.
good luck
