 You can't get a bigger penis with or without surgery. What you have is what you are stuck with, so you need to make the best of it.
The important thing to remember is that most women really don't mind about penis size. Being loved and treated well is much more important. And as far as sex goes, pleasure is about so much more than your penis: a good lover can take a girl to heaven without taking his clothes off. So concentrate on how to be a good lover, and no woman you meet will mind.

i dont think u should even be asking this, its not all about the size its what u do with it. my ex had a 14" and it was horrible it hurt like mad.i did not enjoy having sex with he at all, i would put it off all the time, there was only one postion and it was boring. i now with someone half his willy size and i love. so dont worry, i know every bloke wants a bigger one but its not practical trust me from a ladys point of view, be happy with wat u have got
