Olivia(Y). agony auntYou need to tell yourself straight what happened in the past is going to stay in the past and you are going to change things for the better now.

Everytime you think of a problem that happened you need to ask yourself why am i wasting my time thinking about this when i could be doing something to improve my future and think of a positive thing that you want to do.

If you ever need to talk about anything feel free to send me a private message on here.
