I still live at home and I've never had a girlfriend. I'm also really shy. How do I find out what I should be doing? I don't want to spend the rest of my life like this!

A few years ago I tried going for a walk every day and it felt good. I don't remember why I stopped but I'll try to start again. Thank you.
To anonymous- I keep meaning to find a church to attend but so far I've let other things get in the way. I pray every day thanking God for all that has given me. I also ask for guidance, confidence, and focus. Thank you.
