reader, anonymous, writes (6 November 2021): Searching for people of our own ilk and persuasion takes time and perseverance. Then you have to weed your way through posers and fakes. Finding friends or romantic-connections of any sort; will require you to keep searching until you find them. Just because you've found them, doesn't mean they'll like you; and immediately welcome and accept you into their community. You're searching for a very closed and select group.
This is the 21st-century, and finding asexual-people is like searching for the holy grail. It's very rare, and difficult to confirm. Just as difficult as it is to determine if a man is a virgin; or if a woman has never had sex of any kind.
If you find others by the means suggested by RubyBirtle, also be prepared to find people who are not completely honest. You'll have to take their word for it; until you discover otherwise. It's really good to just make friends with good people, with good values, a kind and generous spirit; and a fine since of loyalty. Whether they like sex, or not!

You go onto Google (or your search engine of choice) and search for "Asexual community" followed by the name of your city. If you live in a fairly small city be prepared to widen your search parameters to the nearest large city or your whole state. If nothing is very local to you, join in with the nearest online community and use them as a resource to set up your own local asexual community.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 November 2021): Online.There are websites for asexual dating.And basically every platform has got an asexual group ( or more ) : Reddit, Facebook,Instagram,Twitter etc. If you check them out thoroughly , and are persistent, you 'll probably end up finding asexual people living in your city or at least at a manageable distance.
