I am a quite guy and my friends told me that they can see me becoming different (facial expressions) in these situations. What can I do to get rid of these insecurities/jealousy? I think if your girlfriend likes you for what you are then you should not be having any issues at all ...End of the day its she and your relationship with her that matters , not how she interacts with others i guess ...
You seem to be a quiet sort of a guy and she an extrovert .Opposites attract ... I know so many women who are very outgoing and have platonic relationships with boisterous men but prefer the less noisier ones for a boyfriend with whom they can have a quiet date and share their thoughts peacefully ....
You may be an introvert by nature but that's no disqualification ... Just like you are the silent sort of a guy ,she's more social ..as simple as that..Dont let this tiny bit of insecurity infuse cracks into your relationship ... So chill ..good luck :)
