My face looks chubby, and whenever I start to walk my cheeks shakes. This makes me feel that I need to lose weight, and it shows that I am fat. Please help! Thanks.

ive found out that eating in a certain way really helps... first off, eat small portions in the mouth and chew slowly (dont ever rush).. this also helps you lose weight becuase you feel full faster.. doing this accompanied with regular exercise and eating small meals or snacks every other hour will help tighten the extra skin.. your jaw needs exercising just like your body..
my face has toned down a lot by doing this and i couldnt be happier! i can see my cheekbones!

Losing fat on cheeks, is very hard and only supported by starvation....Some men consider it a sign of good health......a round is often times supported by round bone structure...if that's the case, you probably will have difficult time trying to achieve a narrower, longer attractive(according to American standards for beauty and attraction) face.

I think you need to accept yourself, rather than try to change yourself. I used to have a serious problem with my big hips, but after a while i got used to them...and even like them now. I think full cheeks can be really attractive, so when you put makeup on or buy new makeup, consider your cheeks as your best asset and base everything around them. It think they would look great with some face highlighter or a touch of glitter. If you are not fat then they wont disappear if you loose weight, so i really wouldnt reccoment you try to loose weight. They are obviously ment to be like that, and you should consider them part of your charm (like i do my hips).
