Get to know him first. How long have you known him for? Once you have got to know him, ask him out to have coffee some time. I hope that this little tid bit of info helped. I would like to know how it goes.

I think you should ask him and watch his body language. Trust me I was in the same situation last year. But remember this boys around our age are stupid sometimes they really like a girl but don't admit to it because they want to be cool and impress their friends so he might like you but doesn't want to say anything so he doesn't lose his coolness. And if it turns out he doesn't really like you then go find someone better because right now is the time for our age group to explore the worlds of getting a relationship not to get to deep and then get crushed because alot of boys now are turning into butt heads and it's totally true. Go find someone better looking because I bet you are pretty and there could be alot of boys waiting for your heart. Good luck babe:]

Try getting to know him as a friend first, see what you have in common etc. If you get on really well, you could invite him to see some movie/ band you both like, and if he takes it as a date, so be it! And if he doesn't, you don't lose any face cos you were asking him as a friend, right?! ;)
