Its very normal to have sexual desire, we are human and this instinct is in all of us.
But dont let this continuous sexual mindset take control of your every living moment.
You need to focus on other things because thinking about sex all day in the society your in would only leave you more frustrated and unhappy.
You should take up a new hobby or sport to keep your mind off these things, or alternatively the other option you have in your society is get married.
I know your not well off but the whole point of marriage in those countries is to relieve sexual urges in a legal way.
