How do I change and get him to notice the changes?

Question - (17 June 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 17 June 2010)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

So my boyfriend of almost three years broke up from me as I was anxious and emotionally demanding. I had panic attacks and anxiety. How do I change this about me and get him to notice these changes? Also his friends didn't like me at all and he didn't see them. How do I change their opinion of me and get them to communicate and be fond of me? This would help us greatly if he saw them liking me and I'd also like to give his family a better opinion on me? Thanks so much.
