la petite belle agony auntOK! briefly, I know that this is probably not the best way to do but I'd like to thank every single one of the aunts who are gladly trying to help each one of us! you are awesome!!! :)

Ok, sorry, back to your question, I used to have those same issues (I a 5'2'' ) and although I used to be completely embarrased of my body because all the girls in my middle school were extremely skinny! 90% of them and I was not, and there was the guy that I was in love with!, I wanted him to notice me so I started working out running 1-3 miles everyday, did that painfully for 3 months and suddenly it became a habit to this day! (took me a HUGE amount of effort but I became obsessed with dropping weight). I also started watching what I ate (because my family is Mexican, they used to not watch out for calories, fat, and all the ingredients in food). Now, there cannot be 3 days without me working out because I feel bad (i do accept this is somewhat crazy and obsessive but this behavior has kept me sane during tough times in my life!, so i would advise to HIGHLY consider taking up an exercise class!) BEWARE!, to stick to exercise IS EXTREMELY hard! Many friends, have asked me to train them but they fall back to their old habits after 2-3 weeks, please, please do stick to it! keep that goal in your mind! against rain or hail! exercise!!!! this is soooo good for your body and mind!!!

Now, that;s not all!, LOVE WHO YOU ARE!!!!, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL WITH EVERYTHING THAT MAKES YOU! One day your flaws will be adorable to someone! trust me on this! my boyfriend has told me that he likes me better without make up (I hate not wearing makeup but I do appreciate the fact that he can see past my au naturale face :) ). love who you are and never stop smiling! becasue someone can fall in love with your smile!. Looks fade with age! so never stop growing your inner confidence!!!!.

For clothes, oh! MY!!!!!!!! I love fashion!!!! but honestly the best advice I cna give you is to follow blogs like: lookbook.nu or chictopia.com. Most of the girls that are there are pretty skinny but you can get an idea of what clothing items look good paired up!.

Hope I was helpful!.

Tisha-1 agony auntYou are the same height as a good friend of mine. She is a bundle of energy and great fun to know! I would recommend you follow her path to mental strength and confidence. First, educate your mind. Complete your studies, follow the news, do some reading and study of subjects that interest you. Be an expert in something that intrigues you.

Second, train your body, love your body, accept your body. The best path I've seen for this is yoga. I have found a blog that might interest you: http://yoganigeria.blogspot.com/ Yoga teaches compassionate self-awareness, among many other benefits. It will strengthen your body and transform your attitude toward it. I highly recommend you begin a practice with a good teacher.

For the body dressing, look at women whose bodies resemble yours and whose appearance appeals to you. Copy their clothing choices. There are many ways to dress, be sure your clothes fit you well and are comfortable to wear, this is the basis for confidence in them.

Come back here after one month and let us know how you are getting on with that.
