You cant! Everyone looks stupid when asking this question. Youve just got to do it. Just be cool about it, ask the question, no babeling, no stuttering, with constant eye contact. One thing that will make you look stupid is thinking you look stupid and doing all of the "i feel stupid" actions. Be cool about it and you will seem less stupid.

If you want to make it official, that's easy, when you are both cuddling/making out just ask him if he'd like to be your boyfriend. Say it casually.
