How do I ask her if we can meet?

A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I have previously posted about meeting this girl online and getting on well with her, but being nervous about meeting her, though wanting to.

Brief history again - she contacted me in late December on match.com. I replied about 12 days later (I hadn't been looking very often on the site). We exchanged a few emails. Then I didn't hear back after an email, so I decided not to contact her again.

Recently though, her page on match was back up, and I decided to email her again. She was really pleased that I had, and I said I was glad I had contacted her again. This only a week ago, after nearly 2 months of no communication.

Again we seem to be getting on fantastically well. I even sent her a photo as I didn't have one on my page.

Now, I am CERTAIN I want to meet her. Is there a good way to bring the subject up, or do I just ask directly?
