 It's a little silly to plan "tactics". Personally I think it comes across as pretentious, if you'll excuse me.
I understand the desire to map things out but there probably isn't very much you can do right away to make her like you.
You should definately approach her and try to show how you feel, but there's probably nothing you can do except just being you.
Either she's interested or she's not; you can't force somebody to like you.
PS. And you should probably work words like "convince" and "tactics" out of your head. It gives me a bad taste in my brain.

reader, anonymous, writes (16 May 2011): be yourself. be confident. dont be to eager to win her heart right away. play it cool and try to get some common ground. try flirting if things go well by being funny, gently teasing, and complimenting her. if you get the chance to lightly touch her hand (by saying thats a nice bracelet) thats good too. make sure to smile, and listen to the things she says. make eye contact. good luck! dont get discouraged if you have no success right away try and try again friend.
