I'm female and his is my best friend but I need to find an easy way to ask him not to leave her alone in the apartment.

This problem could be a bit tricky, mostly because of him being your best friend and you understandably not wanting to upset him unduly.Perhaps sitting down over a coffee and discussing it in an open manner, no accusations etc. Perhaps a good way to broach the subject is to ask him how the relationship is progressing and then work the conversation from there to her staying over nigh and being left alone in the appartment. Just point out your fears and rationale for not wanting her there alone. Honesty and openness in a situaton like this is the best method. If handled tactfully he won't be annoyed and should respect your views and reasoning. If the girl is there on a regular basis you may need to inform your real esate agent (realtor) as there are possible leasing issues and legal issues that may need to be dealt with depending on your States tennancy laws etc.Good luck!
