I sometimes squeeze the muscles then relax then squeeze, as though I'm trying to keep a tampon in if you see what I mean. You can do this whilst standing still. The vagina probably varies from person to person but keeping all the muscles firm and fit all over the body is always a good idea. This includes buttock muscles etc ... You might find some information about this on a maternity website, which gives exercises for women having babies who are worried about loosening of the vaginal muscles.

reader, anonymous, writes (11 March 2010): I'm kinda knew to the whole having sex thing so I'm not sure if you should take my advice but, I think, once you expanded it there is no way to tighten it without some sort of surgery. Sorry if this makes you sad but on the upside I could be wrong. In addition, i lost my virginity to a girl that had a very loose vagina and honestly it wasn't bad. I personally enjoyed it, a lot. I actually thought that it was the other way around, I thought girls didn't enjoy it when their vaginas were loose. Anyways, hope everything works out fine for you.
