I don't know the numbers but by the volume of toys it must be pretty popular. Many may not admit they are either interested or already playing that way out of shame, embarrasment or fear of judgement about their sexual orientation. I think many men can benefit from prostate stimulation and that's how I get past my own personal repulsive feelings about anal stimulation and penetration. My husband whose nearing 50 realy enjoys it so I try to help him out on occasion and he understands that when it comes to anal, it's not recipricol. Just because he likes it doesn't mean he's going to get a stab at my anus!
My husband primarily uses anal stimulation and penetration during his solo sessions with very large objects but as I said, I will offer him a couple of fingers on occasion during partnered sessions, not something I regularly do. I try not to harbor negative judgements about it.
