Do guys worry as much as I am worried about this argument?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'm seventeen and have been with my boyfriend for over a year now, we had a small argument last night and he is now avoiding/ignoring me.

It's all I think about and I can't help think that it's my fault and that if I hadnt said anything everything would be fine.

I'm just curious but, do guys think about this sort of thing like us girls do, or is it just something they think about maybe once and then just go about their daily lives, because I certainly am constantly thinking about us and it sucks.
