The only way to ever really tell if a boy likes you is to get to know him by speaking to him. There are tells, however. He'll look over his shoulder at you, and probably turn away as quickly as possible. He'll look at you from the corner of his eye. He'll tease you, he'll probably touch you playfully (and hopefully decently). If he's a little more confident, he'll speak to you, and compliment you. And he'll smile. If you like him, try to start talking to him. Ask him about himself and see how he responds. Guys tend to like talking about themselves, especially to interested girls. Good luck.
