"This is a bit difficult for me to say but I do find it a bit of a turn off that you don't seem to brush your teeth very often"
Then something like
"You have such a lovely looking face, it would look even better if your teeth were lovely and clean"
Basically try not to sound too harsh. He might not like what he hears BUT he will see he's in the wrong, and he'll be fine about it.
I once had this problem with a girlfriend and she didn't like what she heard, but, it was a quick way of fixing things, and it did. It was never a problem for me (or her!) again. Good luck!

Don't worry too much about this just mkwe subtle hints like you were watching something on tv where they did this tooth whitening session and how it said that most of us think our teeth are white but actually there not. Say it's made you very concious ask him to coment on your smile, hopefully he will ask the same in return, then you could say that his smile would probably be much sexier if his teeth were brighter.
Buy some tooth whitening products and leave them on display in the bathroom so he cansee them and hopefully he would pick up on the hint.
Mention that you don't feel that your teeeth are particually clean even though you brush them throughally and that you're thinking about treating yourself to a cheap 'oral b' electronic toothbrush which makes you whole mouth feel extreemly clean, trust me it works I have one and was surprised at how fresh, clean and hygeneic my mouth felt afterwards.
The irritation will only grow stronger and make you dispise kissing him if you don't mention it sooner rather than later.
Ask yourself, is this a relationship you want to let go of just because of his teeth! If the answer is no then just pluck up the courage and say something.
Good Luck x
