There really isn't anything that you can do! She's 15 and thinks she knows it all, I doubt it if she will listen if you tell her to stay away. My best advice is just to let her know that if her friend doesn't return her feelings their friendship will be damaged and does she want that? Other than that just be there for her when she needs a hug and a kind word.

First of all, you used the words "control her". Secondly, are you more personally opposed to her feelings than concerned about her well-being? She's 15 she's experiencing a lot of changes in emotion, hormones, personal identity, etc. She is old enough to try and find herself, and maybe this isn't for her. Maybe it is. Either way there is nothing you can do to "control her ".
